Open Positions:

  • Investor Relations officer/intern 
    • This role will be essential to Terra Alpha Investments’ s ability to grow our assets under management. It will require building a deep knowledge of our work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate. Primary role will be researching, planning, and supporting all aspects of our investor development efforts. And managing the firm's communication via social media.

    • The position may be filled with a full-time person or via an internship (depending on candidate). The internship would be for an initial 3-month period with a 3-month extension upon agreement of both parties. The intern position does have the possibility to develop into a full-time position at Terra Alpha based on both individual ability and the firm's success at growing its AUM.

    • The officer/intern would be expected to be in the Middleburg office five days a week- at least initially. Terra Alpha does operate under a flex-work policy. Start date would be based on availability, but as soon as possible from our perspective. 

    • Job requirements: BA, strong writing skills, social media experience, strong organizational skills. Experience in fundraising or communications, a plus.
